These terms govern the use of all services provided by Hitoiki Tools ("the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

The Site provides tools and information for learning, work, and everyday life. Exam-related content is a study aid and does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.

All practice questions are original and are not official or past questions from any certifying organization. The Site is not affiliated with the NSCA or any other certifying organization.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Copy, republish, sell, or distribute the Site's content (questions, explanations, text, design) without permission
• Place excessive load on, or gain unauthorized access to, the Site's servers or networks
• Interfere with the operation of the Site
• Violate any law or public order

4. Intellectual property

Copyright and other rights in the Site's content belong to the Site's operator or the rightful owners.

5. Disclaimer

We take care to keep information accurate but do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, the Site is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
